Founded in the year 2015, Doers is a humanitarian organization working towards resilience and sustainability in the Himalayan region of India. Our knowledge-backed and experience-driven work with the local communities, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions as well as business enterprises, has turned us into a credible agent of change in our areas of intervention. Doers is a member of the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) and Mountain Partnerships (under the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations).

We strive to address the issues pertaining to disaster risk reduction, humanitarian response and climate change adaptation through our programs and services in the following areas:
  • Disaster Preparedness and Response
  • Mapping for Resilience and Sustainability
  • Capacity Building and Training
  • Survey Research and Documentation
